Policy

How Paris Lacrosse collects, uses and protects your personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

01

Who processes your data

Paris Lacrosse, whose registered office is at 59 avenue du Général Michel Bizot, 75012 Paris, France, is the data controller for personal data collected on this site.

For any question regarding your data, write to parislacrosse.info@gmail.com

02

What data we collect

Through the contact form: when you write to us, we collect your name, email address, age, the subject of your message and its content. Depending on the form used, the name of your organisation or company may also be requested. This information is used solely to reply to you.

Age is requested because club lacrosse is organised by age category, and membership for a minor requires the authorisation of a legal guardian.

Through browsing: our host keeps connection logs containing your IP address, for security and technical diagnostic purposes. We do not access them in the normal course of our activities.

03

Legal basis

The processing of your messages is based on your consent, which you give by ticking the box provided before submitting the form. The retention of connection logs is based on the association's legitimate interest in securing its website.

04

How long we keep it

Messages received through the form are kept for three years from the last exchange, then deleted. Connection logs are kept for twelve months by our host.

05

Who has access

Your data is accessible to the members of the association's board and management committee responsible for handling enquiries. It is neither sold, rented, nor passed to third parties for commercial purposes.

Three providers are technically involved:
- Infomaniak Network SA, for hosting the website and database, located in Switzerland.
- Brevo, for delivering the emails sent by the site, located in the European Union.
- Google (reCAPTCHA), for protecting the form against automated submissions, located in the United States.

Google's reCAPTCHA service analyses your browsing behaviour on the contact page in order to distinguish a human from a bot, which involves a transfer of data to the United States. It is active only on the Contact page.

06

Photographs of players

The club regularly publishes photographs of matches and training sessions on this site and on its social media accounts.

By joining the club, each member is informed that images of their sporting activity may be captured and published on the association's communication channels, for non-commercial purposes of promoting the club and the sport.

You may object at any time, without having to give a reason. Write to parislacrosse.info@gmail.com stating your name: we will remove the photographs concerning you and ensure you do not appear in subsequent publications. Removing images already shared on third-party accounts may take additional time.

For a minor, the request may be made by the person concerned or by their legal guardian.

07

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict the processing of, and port your data. You may also withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, write to parislacrosse.info@gmail.com. We will reply within one month.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, or via cnil.fr.
